21 Magnificent Photographs Of India

India is the seventh-largest country in the world and the second most populous, after China. It is a mystical land and is often called as the land of prayers. Four of the world's major religions—Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism—originated there.

It has been ruled by Hindus, Muslims as well as Christians from time to time. These rulers built incredible structures that served as their legacy. The most famous and most important building of them all is the Taj Mahal which was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahn in memory of his third wife Mumtaz Mahal.

Here’s a collection of 21 magnificent photographs of India which capture glimpses of daily life in this land of colors.
